My introduction to HIT

This is the first HIT book that I ever bought over 20 years ago. With the help of this book and proper eating I gained over 30 pounds of solid bodyweight and greatly increased my strength, all in just under a year. From that time on I was a firm believer in the principles taught within it's pages. The routines are simple but brutal and the book provides a solid understanding of the strength training method known as HIT or High Intensity Training.

Well worth the price!!

I bought this book 25+ years ago (135lbs LMM) and can honestly say it was the #1 reason I still loving bodybuilding today!!
I've put on well over 44lbs of muscle employing HIT (180lbs LMM) and can attest, that for those interested in High Intensity Training (HIT), this book represents an excellent introduction to it.
